At the helm of the Remote Services is Owner/Operator Joanne Beauvais. Joanne leads this branch of the business personally as she has developed, through years of hands on experience, the skills, logistics coordination and unique service practices needed to successfully deliver exceptional food and cleaning services to remote sites.

Joanne started in the Remote Service side of the hospitality industry as a First Cook on a train that cycled 10 days in the field, 4 days off. In immersing herself into this unique and complex necessity, Joanne worked her way up and into the Senior Field Management role. Through the years, she was able to pilot new service strategies and develop the experience that is needed to find and instruct the right team members for the unique remote service work place. This also means ensuring the continuous training and evolving of the team members as they continue to deliver delicious home prepared wholesome meals while surpassing the cleanliness and safety standards set forth by our company and your work sites.
